Iterator over the procedure-granularity metric classes (procedure_metricclass) managed by a procedure_metricclass_manager.

Initialize with procedure_metricclass_manager::metricclasses(). Use a procedure_metricclass_iterator to iterate over a the procedure-granularity metric classes associated with an analysis. For example:
